WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HYPNOSIS?

When you want to change but you can't overcome the mental and even physical obstacles that stand in the way of your health, happiness and success. Hypnosis can also help to eliminate fears, reduce stress and increase confidence, even after just a few sessions.

CAN ANYBODY BE HYPNOTISED?

Yes, anyone can be hypnotised as long as they want to be and have an ability to concentrate, so it may not be appropriate for very young children or people with certain mental disabilities. A hypnotherapist can not force you to go into a hypnotic state against your will.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Rade usually sees people 3 times, but sometimes more, or fewer, sessions are required. The first session lasts approximately an hour and a half. Follow up sessions are usually one hour. Hypnotherapy is an effective therapy but it also depends on your motivation and desire to change. Your hypnotherapist will want to help you in the minimum number of sessions possible. You and the hypnotherapist will review your progress so that at any time you can make a valued judgement about how the therapy is progressing.

HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO SEE THE HYPNOTHERAPIST?

This depends on the type of problem and on the progress made. Your hypntherapist will usually see you once a week. However some clients see the hypnotherapist once every two weeks or even once a month depending on their circumstances. Please note the full fee may be liable unless a minimum of twenty four hours notice is given to cancel or rearrange appointments.

HOW MUCH DOEST IT COST ?

Session cost £90 per hour. Cancelation policy : Standard 48 hours notice of change to appointment time. 50% fee if less than 48 hours notice. 100% fee if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.   We understand that challenging situations can sometimes occur in life and we aim to always treat people fairly. In the case of any last minute rearrangements, please contact us as soon as you can.
