I am a qualified hypnotherapist registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). I completed my training according to the standards of the professional bodies promoting Hypnotherapy, and successfully received the Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming and Certificate in Discursive Empowerment.

Prior to my Hypnotherapy training I went through the also successful completion of a BSc(Hons) Psychology and an MSc Neurosience.

The study of the human behaviour and mind has always been a fascinating journey for me. A puzzle that cannot be completed and the more knowledge added on this subject the more it reveals the infinite possibilities of new discoveries.

Each of my degrees contributed to some aspects of trying to understand behaviours and attitudes.

With Hypnotherapy and the training in some of the talking therapies such as Cognitive Therapy (CT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, Coaching and of course Discursive Empowerment, there is a new opening in the mind puzzle. Thoughts can be controlled effectively, the unconscious mind has an incredible capacity of reversing any given "reality" to positive and only positive new reality with the right motivation.

I am always confident with the immediate results of the therapy to all my clients, especially in the matters of confidence and relaxation. So I remain enthusiastic and motivated in passing on positivism to others, because I am well aware of the influence of only a single positive word on the psychology of the person.
